RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY

At ShirtifyGo, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We gladly accept returns and process refunds for both defective and non-defective products within our 30-day return window.
1. RETURN & REFUND PERIOD
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or a refund for any reason. If 30 days have passed since your order was delivered, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
2. DAMAGES AND ISSUES (DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS)
Please inspect your order upon reception. We will provide a free replacement or a full refund (including shipping costs) if the item falls under one of the following “Manufacturer Errors”:
- The item is defective, damaged, or torn.
- The print quality is poor (blurred, off-center).
- You received the wrong item (wrong size, color, or design compared to your order).
How to claim: You do NOT need to return the defective item. Simply email us at support@shirtifygo.com with your Order Number and Photos/Videos clearly showing the defect. Once confirmed, we will send a replacement immediately or issue a full refund to your original payment method.
3. CUSTOMER REMORSE (NON-DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS)
We understand that sometimes you may change your mind or accidentally order the wrong size. We gladly accept returns for non-defective items within 30 days of delivery.
- Condition: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same new condition that you received it.
- Restocking Fee: We do NOT charge any restocking fee ($0.00).
4. RETURN PROCESS
To start a return for any item, please follow these steps:
- Contact us at support@shirtifygo.com to request a return.
- Return Address: Our support team will provide you with the nearest return facility address via email. Please do not send items back to the original address on the package without prior confirmation.
- Return Shipping Costs:
- For Defective/Wrong Items: We cover 100% of the return shipping costs (or waive the return requirement entirely).
- For Customer Remorse (Non-defective items): The customer is responsible for paying the actual return shipping costs to mail the item back to us.
5. REFUNDS TIMELINE
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return (or approved your photo evidence for defective items). If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 3-5 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
6. CANCELLATION POLICY
- You can cancel or modify your order within 12 hours of placing it.
- After 12 hours, the order is sent to our production facility and can no longer be canceled.
