1. ORDER & PROCESSING
How do I place an order? Simply choose your style on the product page, click the “Add to Cart” button, and follow the simple steps to complete your order. We’ll prepare your order and notify you when it’s on its way!
Can I modify or cancel my order? Yes, but you must act fast. You can request to cancel or modify your order within 12 hours of placing it. After 12 hours, your order has likely been sent to our production facility and can no longer be changed. To request a change, please email us at support@shirtifygo.com immediately.
I didn’t receive an Order Confirmation email? Please check your Spam or Junk folder first. If you still can’t find it, you may have entered your email address incorrectly. Contact us, and we will check and resend the confirmation to you.
2. SHIPPING & DELIVERY
How long will it take to receive my order? Since our products are made-to-order, please allow us some time to create them for you.
Processing Time: 1 – 3 business days.
Shipping Time (US): 7 – 15 business days.
Total Delivery Time: Typically 2 – 3 weeks.
Where do you ship from? We operate a fulfillment center in Vietnam. Your order will be printed, packed, and shipped directly from our facility in Vietnam to your doorstep via USPS (for US orders) or local post partners.
How can I track my package? Once your order is shipped, we will send you a tracking number via email. You can track your order status on our [Track Your Order] page or directly via the carrier’s website (e.g., USPS). Note: It may take 1-2 days for the tracking number to become active in the system.
3. PRODUCTS & SIZING
How do I choose the right size? We have a specific Size Chart on every product page. Please check the measurements carefully before ordering, as our sizes may differ slightly from standard retail brands. Tip: Measure your favorite shirt at home and compare it with our chart for the best fit.
What are the care instructions? To keep your printed apparel looking fresh:
Machine wash cold, inside-out, gentle cycle.
Tumble dry low or hang-dry.
Do not iron directly on the print.
4. RETURNS & REFUNDS
Do you accept returns? Because our products are custom-printed just for you, we generally do not accept returns for issues like “change of mind” or “wrong size selected.” However, if your item arrives defective, damaged, or printed incorrectly, we will send you a free replacement or a full refund. You do not need to return the defective item.
What if I received a wrong/damaged item? We are so sorry! Please email us at support@shirtifygo.com with your order number and a photo of the item showing the defect. We will resolve this for you immediately.
5. PAYMENT & SECURITY
What payment methods do you accept? We accept payments via PayPal.
Don’t have a PayPal account? No problem! You can still pay with your Credit/Debit Card (Visa, MasterCard, Amex) through PayPal’s “Guest Checkout” option without needing to create an account.
Is my personal information safe? Absolutely. We use SSL encryption technology to protect your personal information. We do not store your credit card details on our servers; all transactions are processed securely through PayPal.
