SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for visiting and shopping at ShirtifyGo. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. SHIPPING COSTS

We try to keep shipping costs as low as possible for our customers.

  • United States (US): Flat rate of $5.99 per order.

  • International (Rest of World): Flat rate of $9.99 per order.

2. DELIVERY ESTIMATES

Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time.

A. Processing Time (Handling Time)

  • All orders are processed within 1 – 3 business days (Monday to Friday).

  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

  • Order Cut-off Time: 06:00 PM (GMT -05:00) Eastern Standard Time (New York). Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day.

B. Transit Time (Shipping Time)

Once your order has been processed and leaves our fulfillment center, the estimated delivery time is as follows:

Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to weather conditions, carrier delays, or customs clearance processes.

3. SHIPPING CARRIERS

We use a network of reliable carriers to ensure your order arrives safely.

  • For US Orders: The final mile delivery is typically handled by USPS.

  • For International Orders: We use local post services (e.g., Royal Mail, Canada Post, Australia Post) depending on the destination.

4. SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24-48 hours.

You can track your order directly on our website at the [Track Your Order] page or via the carrier’s website.

5. CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES

ShirtifyGo is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Items shipping internationally are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) and we do not collect VAT (Value Added Taxes). Depending on the receiving country, your package may incur local customs or VAT charges. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information regarding your country’s customs policies.

6. SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

  • PO Boxes / APO / FPO: Yes, we ship to addresses within the U.S. that are P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

  • Multiple Addresses: We do not offer shipment to multiple addresses for a single order. If you would like items delivered to multiple addresses, please place those orders separately.

7. LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

ShirtifyGo is not liable for packages stated as delivered but claimed to be lost or stolen. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, please report it to your respective shipping carrier.

However, if your package is lost in transit (tracking shows no movement for an extended period), please contact us at support@shirtifygo.com, and we will assist you in sending a replacement or issuing a refund according to our policies.
